Refund Policy

We want Trades Her Media to feel fair, clear, and low-pressure. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for website builds, leases, care plans, and toolbox items.

§ 01

Website Build Payments

Website projects are custom service work. Once we accept your deposit and start, real time goes into planning, design, copy, setup, and customization for your business.

Our policy is simple, fair, and protects both sides:

The $299 Deposit

The $299 deposit holds your spot on our build calendar. We keep the slate small on purpose, so the deposit also covers research, planning, and the time we set aside specifically for you.

The First-Version Guarantee

Within 5 to 12 business days of receiving your intake and deposit, we deliver the first version of your website. This is a real, working preview, not a sketch.

If you walk through that first version and you do not love it, you can walk away. Full $299 back. No questions asked. Tell us within 5 calendar days of delivery and we refund every dollar.

We do this because we stand by our work. If your first version is not the right home for you, we save the design as a template and find it a good home with another business.

After You Give Feedback

Once you give us feedback on the first version and we begin your second version, the deposit is non-refundable. It pays for the work already done on your specific build.

You still receive the included revision rounds for your package (two rounds for builds, one round for refreshes).

Final Balance & Launch

The final balance is due before launch unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If you choose not to launch after receiving your preview and revisions, prior payments are not refunded. You still own your work product and can host it elsewhere.

If We Cannot Deliver

If Trades Her Media is unable to deliver the agreed website preview because of an issue on our side (we go out of business, our team becomes unavailable, etc), we will issue a full refund of any unearned amount.

If the project is delayed because we are waiting on YOUR content, photos, feedback, domain access, approvals, or other materials, that does not count as failure to deliver and refunds do not apply.

Projects with no client response or content for 60 consecutive days are considered abandoned. Payments to date are non-refundable. We will keep your files for an additional 30 days in case you want to reactivate.

§ 02

Care Plans

Care Plans (Base $89/mo, Working $179/mo, Growth $399/mo) are billed monthly in advance and start the month after launch.

You can cancel any time with 30 days notice. The current month's payment is not refunded once the billing period begins.

If you are accidentally charged after a properly submitted cancellation, we will refund the accidental charge immediately.

§ 03

Toolbox Items

Toolbox items are digital products: invoice templates, estimate templates, proposal templates, business card designs, yard sign designs, and similar standalone deliverables.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel a Toolbox order before we start your customization work (typically within 12 hours of order), we will refund your payment, minus any unrecoverable Stripe processing fees.

After Work Begins

Once work begins on a customized Toolbox item, payment is non-refundable.

After Delivery

Delivered digital products, templates, design files, and custom materials are non-refundable.

These are digital deliverables you can use forever. We do not offer returns the same way a physical store would.

§ 04

Google Business Profile Cleanup

Google Business Profile cleanup is a service, not a guaranteed ranking result.

Once work begins, payment is non-refundable.

We do not guarantee Google approval, ranking changes, calls, leads, or specific search placement. Google owns the algorithm. We just clean your profile so it gives them the best possible signal to work with.

§ 05

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern about your project, please email hello@tradeshermedia.com or call us first. We answer every message and are happy to work things out.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to refuse future work to any client who files a chargeback in bad faith or before attempting to resolve the issue with us directly.

We will respond to all legitimate chargeback claims with our project files, communication records, and proof of work completed.

§ 06

Right to Decline & Refuse Service

Trades Her Media reserves the right to decline a project, refund a deposit and walk away, or refuse future service if the working relationship becomes abusive, the business turns out to misrepresent itself, the work requested violates the law, or the project would harm our other clients.

We are a small crew. Treating us with respect is part of the deal.

§ 07

Domains, Hosting, and Third-Party Costs

Domain registration, hosting, stock photos, software, ads, and other third-party costs may be non-refundable depending on the third-party provider.

Google Ads spend, if used, is paid to Google and is not refundable by Trades Her Media.

§ 08
