Hosting, maintenance, backups, security, and support may be included in a Care Plan or lease period, depending on what you purchase.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for making sure any photos, logos, text, reviews, or materials you provide can legally be used on your website.

You own your business information, photos you provide, and content you provide.

Ownership of final website files, designs, templates, and related materials may depend on the package, lease, or service agreement you choose.

Trades Her Media may reuse general layouts, design patterns, components, systems, and template structures for other clients.

Prices are shown on our website or in a proposal, invoice, or checkout page.

Some services require payment before work begins. Some services may require a balance before launch or delivery.

Care Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

If you choose a monthly Care Plan or subscription service, it may renew monthly until canceled.

You can cancel a Care Plan with 30 days' notice unless a different agreement says otherwise.

If you choose the Site Lease, the lease terms shown on the pricing page or in your agreement apply.

The lease is not a lead guarantee. It is a lower-risk way to try a Workhorse Site before paying the full build price.

You agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, project, account, payment, website, or support request by email, phone, or text.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trades Her Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service related to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
